FreshCon Market, International Pear Conference, and a Full Parallel Events Program on the Agenda
The gateway for fresh fruits and vegetables to international markets, the Freskon International Trade Event, is preparing to welcome the leading companies in the sector from Greece and trade visitors from dozens of countries from April 10 to 12, 2025, at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center.
Held alongside Freskon is the Logistics & Transport Thessaloniki Expo, the exhibition event dedicated to the transport and logistics sector.
Freskon offers the ideal platform for networking, business partnerships, and international market access, featuring participants including cooperatives, producers, fruit and vegetable wholesalers, importers/exporters, retailers, Greek and international supermarket chains, logistics providers, consulting and certification companies.
Freskon exhibitors will meet with approximately 140 hosted buyers from 40 countries, as well as with organized trade delegations from across the Balkans.
For the ninth consecutive year, TIF-HELEXPO, in collaboration with Froutonea magazine, will host FreshCon Market 2025 as part of Freskon. This event brings together fresh produce professionals with buyers from supermarket chains in Greece, the Balkans, and Southeastern Europe.
A highlight of the parallel events program is the established International Conference, which this year will be dedicated to the production and trade of pears, featuring expert speakers from Greece and abroad. Topics will include cutting-edge technologies in preservation and distribution, innovative cultivation techniques that improve yield and quality, and market trends shaping the future of the pear industry.
Other parallel events at Freskon include workshops on figs, persimmons, and yellow kiwis, as well as a seminar on fruit and vegetable crops, focusing on exports, cultivation prospects, and nursery materials.
The Logistics & Transport Thessaloniki Expo, organized by O.MIND CREATIVES, attracts companies and professionals from the freight transport, export trade, and logistics sectors from Greece, the Balkans, and international markets. The exhibition is complemented by the LOGI.C (Logistics Conferences) event.
